This family run business used apples mainly sourced from local organic orchards. The orchards produce some very rare and ancient apple varieties thus producing some interesting and complex flavours, ranging from sweet to dry. Many hotels and B&Bs serve it as a breakfast juice. ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE!
