CRiC's services and facilities include:

• Tourist Information Office

• Public access computers x 7 & wi-fi & printing facilities

• Coffee bar - serving Fairtrade coffee and tea and locally handmade cakes

• Oriel CRiC Gallery  - a tourist attraction in its own right – displaying and promoting the work of members of the Black Mountains Circle and other local arts and craftspeople

• Office Services - photocopying, laminating, document binding. Word processing, business card, poster production etc.

• PC - Promote Crickhowell is a grouping of local businesses working together to promote tourism in the area for mutual benefit.
